My lessons and sparring sessions are designed for maximum fun and satisfaction from the game.
Each practice is carefully planned out and has an aim. This way mastering new tennis skills is structured, organized, done at the right pace and at the right time.
I dont neglect any of the elements necessary to achieve tennis success.
I place the same emphasis on technique, tactics, building up physical strength and a positive attitude towards your game. If somebody does not enjoy what they are doing, they are not engaged, interested, productive. Thats why my task as a coach is to conduct these lessons in such a way as to give the player a lot of pleasure and satisfaction and as little frustration as possible, when something doesnt go the way that we expect.
We work on strictly technical elements:
1. Hand-eye coordination something absolutely fundamental in tennis.
2. The biomechanics preparation, shifting your weight
3. Footwork just like hand eye coordination, something essential in tennis
4. The rhythm and timing of your game
Besides elements mentioned earlier, on my practices we also work on:
5. Concentration only here and now is whats important
6. Patience success takes time
7. Persistence well practice until we achieve the goals we set
8. Selfmotivation as a coach, my responsibility is to encourage you to constantly improve your game as there is always room for improvement.
I am perfectly aware of the needs that beginners and recreational players have and I always adjust the level of my drills to the abilities of the player.

Regardless of whether you are just starting to play or if you are returning to the game after a break - tennis lessons with me are not only effective and creative - they are simply a pleasure!
- I treat each player individually.
- Lessons are in accordance with the PTR methodology and the higest coaching standards.
- Each hour spent on the court is an hour well spent.
- I conduct lessons individually or in small groups.
- Techinique is not taught alone we work on coordination whihch is our foundation for building strictly tennis skills.
